“We keep coming back.”

I've been fishing with Captain John for the last three years and he has great knowledge of the Key Largo and Everglades area. He's helped me gain more confidence as a salt water fly fisher. We keep coming back.

“Everything we wanted and more."

"We arrived in Key Largo the night a cold front blew in. My wife and I were disappointed when Capt. John said, " wait till the winds die down and the sun starts shining." We talked about our goals and set a day. Two days later the weather was gorgeous and the fishing was truly great. John was as happy as we were as we landed a huge variety of fish both big and small. The beauty of the Everglades as well as John's effortless ability to teach us while keeping us in stitches between fish was everything we wanted and more. Sun and laughter and a day fishing with my bride is the best medicine for a relentless Atlanta winter.."

“Unforgettable.”

"Great fun fishing the patch reefs off Key Largo! We had immediate action and were able to keep a few Hogfish and a meaty Mutton Snapper for dinner. After a few hours we searched for Barracuda and caught one. We changed gears again and went in search of Bonefish. Capt. John spotted one tailing. I cast to it and spooked it; off it swam like a torpedo. Wow, an unforgettable day!"

“Stellar, professional service.”

"Super day fishing with Capt. John!  My client and I caught a backcountry slam and we  were ready to repeat it the next day. Capt. John was already booked but referred us to another friendly Keys guide. He worked hard, to give us a  busy day of fishing and showed us stellar ,professional service start to finish.  Thanks for arranging another day out also.

“4 thumbs way up from my 2 sons!”

"My husband fished with each son for a day this past week. 4 thumbs way up from my 2 sons! My husband Joe, who really is not an outdoorsman, is planning another trip next year to K.L.
